It is designed to eliminate dismantling weld molds and decrease set up time to increase productivity. The in-line handle is designed to eliminate rocking shear on the rail during operation. Self-locking hold downs are designed to maintain blade alignment. Replaceable rollers are designed to ensure smooth travel and aligned weld shear blades. The width of the shear is designed to accommodate large funnel-shaped molds. The dead man control requires holding the valve “on” to run the shear to avoid accidental operation.
