The Automated Bench Test Equipment (BTE) utilizes an electronic control system based on a PC mounted inside a ruggedized portable "rack" enclosure, with a touchscreen interface to allow the user to select appropriate testing procedures. Internal to the PC: - Utilizes Lab Windows Software - Network and serial communication ports - Multifunction analog/digital I/O card - GPIB controller for generating and monitoring various test signals.
