DM2US Company Bio: Following 14 years managing ALSTOM Transportation's Buy America and DBE programs, I created Diversity Matters 2 US LLC ("DM2US") in 2009 as an independent consulting organization specializing in Buy America compliance and DBE/MBE/WBE participation. We bring together organizations that understand the value of keeping jobs in the U.S.A. and supplier diversity.

Buy America services include:

• preparing Transit Agency's, Prime Bidder/Contractor's and Component supplier's Pre-Award and Post-Delivery audit documents
• representing clients and protecting their proprietary records during audits
• creating bid spec and contract Domestic Content Preference justification criteria for FTA Recipients
• organizational team training on FTA, FRA, Amtrak and ARRA Buy America rules
• interpreting Component and Subcomponent workscope designations
