VCR's tank car segment includes cars from 16,500 to 30,900 gallons and meets the new DOT117 government regulations. These cars are serving the crude oil and ethanol transportation industries. Vertex also offers a DOT111 replacement program to retrofit the DOT111 tank cars under the new DOT117 requirements.
