Strato's articulated car hose assembly is designed with 1-1/4 inch, 45-degree offset flange fittings to work with the natural movement of individual cars within the articulated unit to ensure that brake air is passed unrestricted between units. Product features and benefits include flanged fittings for leak-proof performance and installation, and AAR-approved M-618 hose and M-927 fittings for superior strength, durability and kink resistance. Available with a coil spring guard for protection of the hose cover against road ballast and to further inhibit kinking. Straight and 90-degree flanged fittings are also available.
