Axis LLC's facility, located in Paragould, Ark., was built in 2008 — the first new facility to produce AAR-certified railroad axles in decades. The facility has been designed with state-of-the-art technology and the most flexible automation available today, enabling Axis LLC to have the capability to manufacture more than 50 different sizes and types of axles for domestic and international customers, the company says.
