The Ballast Regulator 66 has a front plow plus reversible wings and a broom attachment. It performs ballast shaping and shoulder profiling functions, as well as other ballast maintenance operations. It has reversible side ballast boxes with 3/4-yard capacity and 99-inch reach from the track center. The 66 also is available with two optional wide conveyors that load excess ballast into a five-cubic-meter-capacity hopper.
