The MTW100 Catenary Inspection and Maintenance Car is a self-propelled, self-contained vehicle designed for catenary inspection, maintenance, and construction projects. The machine is equipped with a telescopically raised and lowered work platform that rotates a telescopic crane-mounted lift bucket and fully enclosed, climate controlled operator’s station, work area and crew transport areas. Fifty miles per hour travel ability in either direction allows rapid response and minimum track occupancy.
