Available from TrinityRail are 42-foot and 48-foot steel coil cars. The 42-foot car (pictured) features a robust side sill, continuous center sill, and complete running board access. Purpose cut lumber provides edge protection to the coils. Other flooring alternatives are available. The flexible loading configuration allows the trough to carry coils from 30 inches to 84 inches in diameter of various lengths. Replacement components, field service support, and leasing and management options are available.
