Formed as an integral part of the roof, the coaming and roof are rolled as one piece end-to-end. Superior structural strength due to curved, rather than squared, end section allow for better stress flow, the company says. Four rolled-in ribs increase the strength of the curved roof and take out local buckling or imperfections in the as-received condition of the steel. A generous radius at the roofline provides a smooth surface to blast and paint, the company says. Roof can be provided as one-piece ready to install or as components ready for assembly. Available in 20- , 24- and 30-inch-wide trough designs.
