The flat, unmanaged 8-Port eCon 4080-B1 Ethernet switch is designed for application in a wide range of industrial areas. The extended temperature range (-40 C to +70 C) and the mechanical stability ensure great operational reliability, the company says. Vibration-proof M12 connectors are used for power supply and Ethernet interfaces. The D-coded M12 Ethernet interfaces are implemented in easy fastening Quick Connection system technology (QCS). The diagnostic LEDs are clearly laid out at the side of the switch face so that the signal state can be immediately seen, even when all ports are occupied, the company says. In addition to direct wall mounting, the switch can also be mounted on a rail.
