The TC 4242 gate is designed to optimize the opening area while still mounted to an industry standard 30- by 30-inch gate adapter flange. When fully opened, there is a ledgeless 42- by 42-inch clear opening. There are no cross bars or door supports to impede the flow of material. The gate's mechanical design mirrors Trinity's proven TC 3030 gate, the company says. It is offered as an after-market product as well as for new car designs.
