The Larry McGee speaker panel, Model 61-95045, provides a simple and sturdy speaker station. Originally designed for use in locomotive cabs, it is constructed of heavy-gauge steel and features an offset grill designed to resist penetration by foreign objects. The volume control knob is recessed to make it more difficult to remove or damage and includes two sets of four mounting holes make it easy to install. When used in locomotive applications, it is typically connected to the “High Power” speaker output of the locomotive radio.
