Capable of handling 1,200 pounds at a radius of 24 feet from track center, the KTC 1200 Tie Crane has a continuous rotation of 360 degrees. Heavy-duty, all-welded, reinforced construction of the upper deck and mainframe withstands loading and provides long life of the equipment. Minimal tail swing reduces the possibility of fouling the adjacent track. The propel system is at the deck level of the lower frame, allowing easy access to the motor, chain, etc. Each axle is powered by a hydraulic motor and #100 chain.
