The Model TEM-2 is designed to provide an economical means to insert or remove all types of vertical bolt fasteners. A handle is provided within the reach of the operator to adjust the torque. An optional graduated dial allows the operator to accurately set the desired torque and read the result obtained at each tightening. A second dial graduated in millimeters can be provided for the final adjustment of elastic fasteners. The machine is carried on a two-wheel trolley with an insulated roller. One lever is provided for clockwise or counterclockwise bolting.
