To implement, place each assembly, align them, install the head block ties, joint the assemblies and ballast the material. Using fixed jigs and fixtures during assembly, the company says it can fit and assure the proper gauge and alignment. The company has its own fleet of cars made to transport panels, and says it can engineer and build panels to meet custom specifications. The manufacturing facilities are ISO registered.
