Seneca insulated joints feature a tough polyurethane insulation bonded to microalloy joint bar sections. Bolt hole bushings are molded into the bar, eliminating the need for separate bushings. The one-piece polyurethane structure is designed to provide reliable circuit isolation, and maintain electrical and physical stability in heavy rail traffic and under varying environmental conditions. Designs are available for most rail sections. Lead times are usually 30 days or less; common sizes and drillings are often in stock.
