The T-2000® fuel cell system is designed specifically for larger communications backup power loads within the wireless and wireline telecommunications, utility and government sectors. The T-2000 fuel cell uses ReliOn's patented Modular Cartridge Technology® for hot-swappable high reliability, ease of maintenance and simplicity of design, the company says. Modular electronics cards enable scalability by providing flexible configuration from 600 watts to a full 2,000 watt capacity in one chassis. Multiple T-2000 fuel cells may be combined to provide higher outputs for a variety of site requirements up to 12kW. Features include: output: 0 to 2,000 watts, 24 or 48 VDC nominal output, 23-inch rack mountable, multiple outdoor configurations, remote monitoring capability. Dimensions: 26 inches high by 21 inches wide by 21.5 inches deep (66 centimeters x 53 centimeters x 54.6 centimeters). Fuel: industrial grade hydrogen. Distributed to the rail industry by ARMS.
