Trinity Parts & Components offers gravity discharge gates in a variety of sizes, including 1342 and 3030 models, designed to maximize operator ease-of-use and security during shipment, while offering minimum maintenance. Patented UHMW self-lubricating slide rails ensure efficient operation, the company says. The rails prevent the gate door from jamming by reducing the sliding friction and eliminating the effects of corrosion caused by metal-on-metal sliding parts. UHMW compression seals on all four sides, which are self-adjusting, keep constant contact with the door, preventing losses of grain and contamination by water and debris. Other design features include: sprocket and chain system, self-cleaning gate design and patented automatic spring-strap lock system. They are offered as after-market products as well as for new car designs.
