Rotobec: Tie Bundle Grapples

Rotobec

Rail ties are the life blood of the railway industry. Without them, there would be no rails and no trains. Efficiently handling rail ties, both new and used, requires unique attachments designed specifically for this purpose. Our Tie Bundle Grapple is designed for handling bundles from 5 to 9 ties wide.

When it comes to handling rail ties there is simply no better way than with one of our amazing Rail Grapples. Our Tie Bundle Grapples come standard with oversized chromed and hardened pins and our unique interlocking head structure, providing an unmatched level of strength. The jaws of our Tie Bundle Grapples have extra wide tips with gripping teeth, which create an exceptional level of grip on your load.

Each Rotobec cylinder is designed, fabricated and assembled in-house to guarantee the absolute best quality. The Tie Bundle Grapples come standard with our 5,000 psi (345 bar) high pressure cylinders, which offer exceptional closing force and an unbeatable level of durability.

For the last 40 years, Rotobec has been pushing the boundaries of innovation in the world of rotator design. The rotators on our Rail Grapples are no exception. In addition to standard 360 degree rotation and a fully supported pinion gear, all of our rotations are fully sealed, allowing them to be fully submersed in water up to 15 feet deep.

Our rotators are without a doubt the most advanced and longest lasting ever made. Why settle for anything but the best? Each component of our Tie Bundle Grapple is constructed of only the best quality materials available, and is built with one purpose: To outperform and outlast the competition.
