Plasser American Corporation
The Plasser PTT2000 is a specially designed tamping machine used in conjunction with conventional rail gangs or tie replacement gangs. The PTT2000 is fitted with two specially designed, four tool tamping units (8 tools total) to tamp the tie. Its compact design and light weight are designed to allow flexible transport via highway truck.
