Eno Center for Transportation's Schank on the need for storm resiliency

New York and New Jersey transit agencies continue to recover from Hurricane Sandy — and not just by making system repairs. The storm prompted agency executives to take a close look at how they can harden their infrastructure to withstand future storms and other acts of nature, as Progressive Railroading reported in its March cover story.
