Secure Rail adds McKenney to conference agenda

Secure Rail announced today a new presenter has been added to the 2019 conference lineup: Jim McKenney, technical director of NCC Group.

Secure Rail will be held May 1-2 in Orlando, Florida. Presented by Progressive Railroading, Secure Rail's mission is to bridge the gap between the future of rail technology and rail security.

McKenney's topic will be: "Deconstructing Software Influenced Safety Control Processes: A view on 737 Max 8 Maneuvering Characteristics Augmentation System (MCAS) Failures and Lessons for the Rail Industry." McKenney will give his presentation at 3:15 p.m. May 1.
