MARS elects 2016 officers

The Midwest Association of Rail Shippers (MARS) earlier this month elected its 2016 roster of officers.
Michael Jones, who serves as a transportation manager with North Dakota Mill, was named association president, while Michael Barth was named first vice president. Barth is vice president of transportation and logistics at United Sugars.
In addition, Harry Zander was appointed MARS' second vice president. He currently serves as senior vice president of Element Rail Finance.
Kathy Bathurst also joined the MARS executive committee as a first-time member. She's a senior account manager with CSX.
