OmniTRAX Good Neighbor program reaches millions

Forty nonprofits in 23 markets received 2023 Good Neighbor contributions, expanding access to critical community services for millions of local neighbors across OmniTRAX Inc.'s rail network.

The annual Good Neighbor contributions culminate the year-long effort of OmniTRAX, its affiliate railroads and corresponding employees to the local communities served throughout its rail network, OmniTRAX officials said in a press release.

Hundreds of thousands of dollars are distributed each year to local nonprofits spanning from California to Colorado, Illinois to Ohio, and New Jersey to Florida, with the guidance of OmniTRAX local teams and community leaders. 2023 local community recipients included food banks, fire departments, youth and family services, housing and women's advocacy services.

OmniTRAX and its affiliates collaborate with local officials in the communities they serve to identify community needs and the corresponding nonprofits equipped to provide those services.
