OmniTRAX Inc. today announced it has acquired Central Arizona Commerce Park's rail infrastructure and remaining park acreage, a move that makes OmniTRAX the exclusive infrastructure partner of the 679-acre industrial park.

The acquisition is OmniTRAX's third rail transaction in the past six months, positioning the company as a growth partner in the expanding U.S. semiconductor and electric vehicle (EV) supply chain sectors, OmniTRAX officials said in a press release.

The park is located in the Pinal County innovation corridor, a designated Arizona mega-economic region due to its concentration of global technology, advanced manufacturing and distribution companies, OmniTRAX officials said.

The park includes Lucid Motors, Tractor Supply, Wright Asphalt, Triumvirate Environmental, and numerous Tier-1 material suppliers to the semiconductor industry. These businesses are crucial to the U.S.' onshoring and domestic manufacturing efforts in advanced, high-tech industries.

The industrial park offers rail connections via Union Pacific Railroad, as well as multimodal access to the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles and the Phoenix and Tucson airports.

OmniTRAX operates 28 railroads, serving ports and industrial parks across the country. Central Arizona Commerce Park's rail operation marks the seventh major industrial park served by the OmniTRAX rail network, according to the company.
