TNW short line to serve Synergos facility in Texas

TNW Corp. subsidiary Texas Gonzales and Northern Railway (TXGN) will serve a future Synergos Cos. facility in Gonzales, Texas.
A construction business group, Synergos recently closed on 28 acres of rail-served propertyin Gonzales where it plans to build and operate a structural building materials facility, Synergos and TNW officials said in a press release. Construction is expected to begin in the coming months, and operations are slated to begin by 2026.
TXGN owns and manages 12 miles of track between Harwood and Gonzalez and 67 miles of storage and loop track in Gonzalez. The short line completed an interchange with Union Pacific Railroad in 2023.
