Bombardier Inc.’s reorganization efforts continue. Last week, the company announced it will restructure its corporate office and eliminate 60 management positions.

Bombardier began restructuring its corporate office last month, when the company terminated former President and Chief Executive Officer Paul Tellier’s contract and created a new office of the president. Charged with carrying out strategic and executive management responsibilities, the new office is headed by the chairman and CEO, and presidents of the company’s transportation and aerospace groups.

Meanwhile, Senior Vice President, Strategy Michael Denham announced plans to leave the company. He will be succeeded by Richard Bradeen, who also will continue to serve in his current position as SVP corporate audit services and risk assessment.

Bombardier also named John Paul Macdonald SVP of public affairs. He will continue to serve as communications and government affairs officer for Bombardier Aerospace, as well.
