During a June 1 annual shareholders meeting in Montreal, Bombardier Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer Paul Tellier outlined the company’s three-year plan, which he believes will keep Bombardier on track to restore earnings power and increase its focus on customers’ needs.
Tellier also updated Bombardier’s reorganization plan, which is in a business restructuring phase that will last until the plan’s third year.
Meanwhile, shareholders elected Andre Berard and Carlos Represas to the board. Berard most recently served as chairman of the National Bank of Canada. Executive vice president-head of the Americas for Nestle S.A., Represas has served as chairman of Nestle Holdings Inc. U.S.A. since 1994 and Nestle Mexico S.A. de C.V. since 1983
