CIT Group Inc. recently opened a new office in the Mercantile Exchange building in Chicago.
The office will enable the firm to consolidate more than 120 Chicago-based employees from CIT’s financing and advisory businesses. In addition, CIT Rail has relocated its operations from New York City to the new Chicago office.
CIT Rail provides financial services and leases rail cars and locomotives.
