Last week, Arzoon Inc. released version 6.0 of its LIFE™ transportation-management software, which has been redesigned to address changes to truckers' hours of service and global trade compliance with reasonable care standards.
New LIFE features include improved dock-door scheduling, transportation optimization, real-time and closed-loop event management, and freight and import entry auditing.
"Our continued success is based on our understanding of the changing market requirements in the transportation and global trade compliance arena," said Arzoon Chief Executive Officer Bill Sickler in a prepared statement.
The LIFE software suite includes Arzoon® FastTrack Rail Manager and Arzoon® Rail Rate Manager, which are designed to streamline the process of rail-shipment sourcing, execution, tracking and payment settlement.
Canadian Pacific Railway, CSX Corp., Norfolk Southern Corp. and Union Pacific Corp. are Arzoon investors.
