Today, Portec Rail Products Inc. announced it promoted Corporate Controller John Pesarsick to chief financial officer
Since joining Portec Rail in August 2003, he has held several other corporate accounting positions. A CPA, Pesarsick previously served as a regional assistant controller with NCS Healthcare Inc., and held various accounting positions at Precise Technology Inc., Mellon Bank Corp. and Ernst and Young L.L.P.
Portec Rail supplies rail joints, anchors and spikes; railway friction management products; wayside data collection and data management systems; and load securement systems.
