Alstom and the Romanian Railway Reform Authority have signed an addendum to the initial contract for the delivery of additional Coradia Stream inter-regional trains and associated 15 years maintenance services. The 17 additional trains will supplement the first 20 trains ordered in March, creating the first passenger railway fleet provided by Alstom in Romania. The contract is valued at 220 million euros.

Metro Transit in Minneapolis-St. Paul has signed a new five-year contract with Intersection, an out-of-home media and technology company to manage all digital and static ads throughout the transit agency’s rail and bus network, extending the relationship that was established in 2007.

STV Inc. announced the following new leaders of its transportation and infrastructure teams: Muhammad Asif, vice president and resident engineering and inspection director, New York; Todd Blaylock, VP and senior program manager, Philadelphia; Sam Hrvacic, VP and senior engineering operations manager, Canada; Peter Pappas, VP and business unit leader and director of PM/CM services for New York and Connecticut; and Rafael Ruffo, VP and engineering chief, New York.
