Alstom appointed Michael Keroulle as president of Alstom’s Americas region, effective July 1. He is responsible for the execution of the Alstom in Motion strategy in the Americas and the region’s commercial and operational performance, as well as the continued regional integration of Bombardier Transportation. Keroulle joined Alstom following the company’s acquisition of Bombardier earlier this year. Previously, he was president and chief executive officer of General Electric Steam Power.
Trinity Industries Inc. reported second-quarter revenue of $372 million, down from $509.2 million a year ago. Operating profit rose to $67.4 million during the quarter from a $307.3 million loss during the same period in 2020. Trinity posted quarterly income from continuing operations per common diluted share of 12 cents and quarterly adjusted EPS of 15 cents. The company reported new rail-car orders of 4,570 and rail-car deliveries of 1,765 for the quarter.
WAGO Corp. hired Lucas Nuss as product specialist for marking, tools and smartDESIGNER software at the company’s home office in Germantown, Wisconsin. As product specialist, Nuss will focus on growing WAGO’s extensive line of tools and marking products.
