Knorr-Bremse AG will make a $10 million investment in Rail Vision Ltd., Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. announced. Following the investment, Knorr-Bremse will own 36.79% of Rail Vision’s outstanding share capital. Additionally, Rail Vision has received a call option for an additional $5 million, Knorr-Bremse officials said in a press release.

STV Group named Gregory Kelly president and chief executive officer, effective October 26. Kelly will guide the firm toward achieving strategic goals with an emphasis on performance, business development, technology and human capital. Previously, Kelly was CEO of Heritage Construction and Materials and president and CEO of WSP USA. STV also hired Tracy Marines as vice president and corporate controller. 

Siemens Mobility selected Ricardo Certification to be the notified body for its project to supply 30 new high-speed intercity express (ICE) trains for German national railway operator Deutsche Bahn. Ricardo Certification will verify that the ICE trains are compliant with the current European Technical Specifications for Interoperability regulations, including the quality management system of the production process.

Keolis North America appointed Jenny Fahlbush vice president of corporate affairs and client engagement for North America. Fahlbush has more than two decades of experience in marketing and public relations. Prior to joining Keolis, she was VP of marketing for Jun Group.

New Jersey Transit will begin using Ultimate Kronos Group’s (UKG) Dimensions cloud suite to view employee labor data, automate employee scheduling and provide options for agency employees to clock in and out remotely via smartphone.

Rajant Corp. appointed Michael Griffin, Lisa Porter and Daniel Verwiel to be strategic advisers and provide consultancy regarding Rajant’s future technology and market opportunities. Griffin and Porter are co-founders and co-presidents of LogiQ Inc. Verwiel is a market consultant and form sector vice president and general manager of the missile defense and protective systems division at Northrop Grumman.
