Nisus Corp. has appointed Lee Barrett president. Formerly with U.S. Borax, Barrett joined Nisus in 1999 as sales director for the western division when Nisus acquired the sales and marketing rights to the Tim-Bor Professional product. In 2009, he was promoted to director of new business development and international sales, then assumed the role of vice president of business development in 2010. In 2012, Barrett was promoted to divisional VP of domestic/international pest control, where he has been responsible for the division’s sales and profitability. Barrett succeeds Kevin Kirkland, president and CEO, who is retiring in November.

Auxo Investment Partners has acquired Genesis Rail Services LLC, a full-service railroad maintenance company based in Bluefield, W. Va., and Roanoke, Va. As part of the transaction, Cody Harman, son of company founder Jeff Harman, will retain a minority ownership stake in the company and continue in his role running day-to-day operations. In addition, railroad industry veteran John McPherson will serve as Auxo’s operating partner and a board member.

Ondas Holdings Inc. plans to move its headquarters to a new facility in Waltham, Mass. Ondas is a provider of private wireless networks, drones and automated data solutions through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Ondas Networks Inc. and American Robotics Inc., which will share the headquarters.
