RR Mergers & Acquisitions announced the sale of Railroad Track Construction (RRTC) Colorado to Gravity Rail LLC. Based in Denver, RRTC Colorado provides private industrial rail transportation and logistics services. The company’s sale to Gravity Rail, a terminal operations and transportation services and consulting provider, positions both companies for growth, RR Mergers & Acquisitions officials said in a press release. By acquiring RRTC Colorado, Gravity Rail strengthens its portfolio in the western United States. Financial details were not disclosed in the press release.

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling Inc.'s hydrogen fuel cell-powered ReachStacker was recognized as a transformative product in the 2025 Business Intelligence Group Innovation awards. The ReachStacker is in a pilot program at the Port of Valencia, Spain. It uses a hydrogen fuel cell engine to convert hydrogen into electricity, producing zero emissions. “The data we are collecting in the Port of Valencia pilot is a critical step to push the boundaries of what electrified container handling equipment can do,” said Lucien Robroek, president, technology solutions at Hyster in a press release.
