RailPros subsidiary RailPros de Mexico has opened an office in Monterrey, Mexico. The new location will expand  RailPros' full range of services to more clients in Mexico and throughout Latin America. CAD drafters, engineers and project managers, as well as field services employees will be onsite in Monterrey. This is the second office opened since RailPros de Mexico began operation in 2021, RailPros officials said in a press release.

Comply365, a global compliance and safety management platform for the aviation, defense and rail industries, has acquired Qualtero Ltd., a civil and military aviation training solutions provider. Comply365 intends to create an all-in-one compliance, safety and training platform for its global customer base, according to a company press release.

Rail Vision Ltd. has received approval of a U.S. patent for the company's artificial intelligence-based railway obstacle detection system. The system can conduct real-time analysis of track to insight that can be used to prevent accidents. The patent covers the system's advanced electro-optical imaging and AI-driven image processing with deep learning.

Kelso Technologies Inc., a transportation equipment company, announced it has terminated the services of Richard Lee, who held the position of chief financial officer (CFO), and Kathy Love, former corporate secretary of the corporation. No reason for the termination was given in the press release. The company also announced it appointed Sameer Uplenchwar as CFO. Uplenchwar has over 20 years of experience in finance and business. Kelso also appointed Maureen O’Hanley Doucette to the role of corporate secretary. She has been employed by Kelso since 2011 and has over 30 years of experience in banking, administration, information technology and as a corporate secretary.
