Stantec has named Dave Sauve leader of its North American transportation business line, and Brian Norris leader of the program and construction management business. Most recently, Sauve was Stantec’s infrastructure innovation and infrastructure major projects leader for Canada. Prior to taking over program and construction management, Norris had been Stantec’s transportation business leader for three years. He already has been central to some of the firm’s major projects, such as the Honolulu Rail Transit project and the Los Angeles Metro Purple Line Extension, Stantec officials said in a press release.

PTSI Transportation has appointed Em Hall product manager of the consulting firm’s Route Learning System and director of the Midwest region. The Route Learning System is a multimedia training program to familiarize locomotive engineers, conductors and transit train operators with the physical characteristics of their routes. In her new position, Hall will manage all aspects of the system, as well as represent the company in all its endeavors in the Midwest.

The Brazilian multinational company Fras-le has been renamed Frasle Mobility. The name change and rebranding is part of a business strategy that reinforces the company’s focus on safety and innovation in its products and services, according to a company press release. Frasle Mobility’s portfolio includes products and solutions for rail cars.
