Former Ontario Northland CEO Corina Moore will join WSP in Canada next month as executive vice president for transportation and infrastructure. Moore spent 17 years with Ontario Northland, joining as telecommunications director. She held multiple senior-leadership positions, and became president and CEO in 2014. She led a number of strategic initiatives during that time, helping transform the company from a regional transportation agency to a thriving commercially driven organization. Moore will be based in Toronto, where she will lead the WSP Canadian transportation and infrastructure team to develop sustainable, resilient, innovative and Future Ready™ solutions for communities, WSP officials said in a press release.

H.W. Lochner Inc., a provider of transportation infrastructure planning and engineering services, has acquired Triunity Inc., which provides program/project management and controls, construction management, and specialized communication systems/electrical engineering services for transit and rail agencies. “Lochner now has the scale and expertise to establish a national transit and rail practice, under the leadership of Gary Thomas, the former president and executive director of Dallas Area Rapid Transit,” said Lochner Chairman and CEO Terry Ruhl in a press release. The firm will operate as Triunity Inc., A Lochner Company, under the continued leadership of Jonnie and Marvin Thomas. Jonnie Thomas is also joining Lochner's board. Morrissey Goodale advised Lochner on the transaction.
