• Railhead Corp. recently won a contract to provide locomotive LED lighting to North American Class Is, according to a press release. • Brookville Equipment Corp. has introduced a new logo and website as part of an effort to expand the company’s capabilities in streetcar manufacturing and remanufacturing, and commuter and industrial locomotive industries. The new branding will provide a “universal identity that more completely spans all of the product lines and markets” served by the company, Brookville Equipment officials said in a prepared statement.

• L.B. Foster Co.’s Pueblo, Colo., rail products facility has been selected by IndustryWeek as a finalist in the magazine’s search for North America’s top manufacturing plants. The plant, which manufactures insulated rail joints and epoxy bonded rail joint bars, was chosen for “demonstrating extraordinary continuous improvement in the workplace and sustained efforts to provide customer satisfaction,” L.B.
