Union Pacific Corp. announced yesterday it will conduct its 2020 annual shareholders meeting on May 14 only through live audio.
The decision to cancel an in-person event was made to protect the health of shareholders, employees and other stakeholders during the COVID-19 pandemic, UP officials said in a press release.
All UP shareholders as of the close of business on March 20 are invited to attend the meeting, they said.
