Why she's influential in sustainability: One of Adriana's most noteworthy achievements is her leadership in promoting Greenbrier's ESG efforts. She oversees the planning, organization, writing and publication of the ESG report, which involves data collection and collaboration with dozens of individuals across five countries. Through her work on ESG, Adriana has fostered a culture of transparency and accountability within Greenbrier. Her contributions to ESG have garnered recognition from customers and peers inside and outside the rail industry.
