Job description: Beth oversees the transit services department, including the movement of all PATCO trains, dispatching, operations and customer service. Beth is the first woman to hold this position since PATCO's inception in 1969.

Beth also serves as a subject matter expert and represents PATCO on various committees and at outside organizations, where she shares her expertise in rail signal systems, supervisory controls, fare collection equipment, rolling stock, track structure maintenance, facilities maintenance and work practices. She plays a key role in developing, implementing and monitoring safe and effective maintenance programs to strengthen PATCO's commitment to excellence and safety.
