Why she's influential as a mentor: Cherita's impact extends beyond her individual roles — she has consistently championed initiatives that drive inclusivity and professional growth across NS. Notably, she co-founded the Women in Operations lunch-and-learn series, which was designed to foster dialogue, connection and mentorship among women in the organization.
