Job description: Mindy joined RailPros in 2018. Her career, which spans over 14 years, is dedicated to engineering management and design, with a primary focus on commuter and freight rail. Her expertise encompasses the design, management and coordination of various projects across the entire spectrum of rail engineering. She oversees the RailPros rail team.

Why she's influential as a mentor: Mindy is a passionate advocate for women in engineering. She actively engages in volunteer work, frequently sharing her experiences and insights as a speaker during career days at local middle and high schools. Mindy has participated in Girls Engineering Day organized by Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS). Mindy is known internally at RailPros for her mentorship of junior staff, helping them to develop and enhance their engineering skills. She spearheaded the 2024 RailPros summer internship program, spending countless hours ensuring the company intern class had an exceptional, hands-on experience. Almost all of the intern class accepted part-time, full-time or repeat internship offers from Railpros at the end of the summer, due in large part to Mindy's efforts to ensure they had a great experience.
