Job description: Tina was appointed chief commercial officer at AITX in December 2023. She is responsible for driving sales, building strategic partnerships and overseeing commercial operations.

Why she's influential as a leader: When Tina became CCO, she was helping to lead a company in transition during a pivotal time in the rail-car services realm. AITX had recently acquired The Andersons Rail Group and SMBC Rail, which expanded the company's fleet and repair footprint. At the same time, the freight shipping industry was evolving, with customers demanding partners that would consistently deliver value in a rapidly shifting landscape. Tina quickly got to work.

Her first priority was to unify a commercial team that previously operated in silos. She created a cohesive, solutions-focused group, combining leasing, repair, maintenance, regulatory expertise and proactive service. This shift strengthened internal collaboration and enabled AITX to deliver a more valuable customer experience. Her leadership was instrumental in integrating acquisitions into AITX's operations.
