Early rate for RailTrends® conference expires tomorrow

The “early bird” registration rate for Progressive Railroading’s RailTrends® conference expires tomorrow, Sept. 9. People who sign up before the end of the business day tomorrow will pay $1,149 to attend the two-day event in New York City instead of the full $1,349 rate.

Titled "Growth Strategies for the Next Golden Age in Rail," this year’s RailTrends® conference will be held Nov. 1-2 at the W New York Hotel in Manhattan. Speakers include Progressive Railroading’s Railroad Innovator Award winner and Kansas City Southern Executive Chairman Mike Haverty; CN Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Keith Creel; BNSF Railway Co. EVP and Chief Marketing Officer John Lanigan; Union Pacific Railroad VP of Intermodal Marketing and Sales Brian McDonald; Norfolk Southern Corp. VP of Intermodal and Automotive Marketing Michael McClellan; Federal Railroad Administrator Joseph Szabo; Surface Transportation Board Chairman Daniel Elliott III; Genesee & Wyoming Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer John Hellmann; Florida East Coast Railway L.L.C. President and CEO James Hertwig; and Association of American Railroads President and CEO Ed Hamberger.
